Our client’s bungalow underwent a full renovation on the main floor. The ceiling was raised to visually expand the space, and new flooring was implemented throughout using porcelain in the kitchen/dining area and hand-scraped hardwood in the living area.
The kitchen was completely redesigned with custom-modified cabinets, an ample island, and contemporary pendant lights, and the living area now houses a custom wall unit for the TV and provides extra storage in this newly contemporary bungalow.
This once compact-feeling house is now a functional and bright home to this young family.
